UPDATE:
Cambria Co., PA (WJAC) — Cambria County Coroner Jeff Lees has identified the woman who was killed Wednesday night in a fatal train versus vehicle crash in Washington Township.
Lees says Diana Lynn Hoover, 66, of Ebensburg, suffered multiple blunt force trauma injuries and her death has been ruled accidental.
Investigators say Hoover got caught in the middle of the tracks, between two sets of flashing crossing arms.
Authorities say Hoover attempted to back up off the tracks when she was struck by the train, killing her instantly.

State police in Cambria County say a woman was killed Wednesday night after her vehicle collided with a Norfolk Southern train in Washington Township.
Investigators say the crash occurred just before 9:30 p.m., along Carneys Crossing Road off of Route 53 near Lilly.
The identity of the victim is unknown at this time and state police are still investigating the crash.
"The loss of a life is a tragedy – our thoughts are with the family of this person during this difficult time. We would be remiss if we didn’t say that railroad crossings can be uniquely dangerous places that always beg extra care to ensure everyone’s safety," Norfolk Southern said in a statement.
