As you can see, the game is heavily inspired by Dead by Daylight and similar horror asymmetrical titles. As such, it is a perfect fit for cross-platform support. And the good news is that the developers have officially confirmed that there will be full cross-play support in Evil Dead: The Game.

This means that you and your friends can seamlessly play between various consoles and PC with each other. If you play on a PC, your friend on an Xbox Series X, and your brother on a PS4, you can all play together. When it comes to the Nintendo Switch, Evil Dead: The Game will be released there at a later date. However, it has been already confirmed that cross-play will work for the Switch as well.

Does Evil Dead: The Game have cross-progression?

Unlike crossplay support, things are less clear regarding the cross-progression feature. Saber Interactive didn’t say anything about it, and given how big and important cross-progression is, they would certainly promote it if the game has that feature. Thus, we are inclined to say that there is no cross-progression support. You won’t be able to transfer your progress, characters, unlocks and everything to other platforms.
