The Ragnhild-D is an excellent shotgun in Destiny 2 thanks to its god-rolls and aggressive frame. With its variety of perks that are useful for both PvE and PvP activities, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a hard-hitting shotgun with high zoom and good handling.

I didn’t care for the Ragnhild-D at first due to my loathing of shotguns in this game, but I came around to it once I learned more about how god rolls work, and how incredibly snappy and fast Ragnhild-D is in PvP thanks to the aggressive frame mold. Meanwhile, in PvE, I noticed how the Ragnhild-D performed amazingly for both heavy boss damage and add clearing. With this in mind, I believe the Ragnhild-D is a great all-around choice for shotgun players everywhere. It also comes with the Hakke Breach Armaments origin trait, which allows it to do extra damage against vehicles, Stasis crystals, barricades, and turrets, which is great for any situation.

How To Get The Ragnhild-D In Destiny 2

Thankfully, Ragnhild-D is a very easy shotgun to get due to it being in the word-drop loot pool. This means you can get your hands on a Ragnhild-D by opening legendary engrams, ranking up various factions, and completing playlist activities. Once you get Ragnhild-D, you can unlock the ability to craft multiple versions of the shotgun at the Relic on Mars. Ragnhild-D also has access to enhanced perks, making the weapon even more enticing.

I was able to find mine by completing bounties from Devrim Kay on the EDZ. As I turned them in and ranked up, I received more engrams, which eventually dropped the Ragnhild-D. I didn’t know how good it was until later, so don’t make my mistake and research every weapon you find.
