Derek Trucks Band Equipment Stolen

August 2024 · 3 minute read

(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Derek Trucks Band equipment was stolen the evening of March 9 from the band’s equipment trailer that was in front yard of Yonrico Scott's house in Atlanta.

The band says the gear was insured so they’re not looking for donations, just asking for everyone to keep an eye out for the gear in their local communities and online since many items were unique and irreplaceable.

Fans and friends in the southeast are asked to contact their local music stores that buy used gear and give them the list below to keep an eye out. Everyone else should keep an eye on websites that deal in vintage gear.

Below is a list of the key items that were in the DTB trailer. This is not a complete list but are the items the band says are most likely to spot and hopefully recover. If anything turns up, please call: (303) 778-1156.

1964 through 1967 acceptable. Must have

original transformers; everything else will be

tweaked to Derek's spec. Speakers

not important. As long

as the cabinet and baffle board aren't busted,
