If you speak with Crimson Rose in the Champion City, she will start a new Halloween quest named Witch Hunt. You will find out that she hid five magical scarecrows all over the city. The first two locations described in the list below are both on roofs. Once you are on the roof, you can look around for the Scarecrow. He is usually standing in a hidden location, and wearing a straw brown hat and a brown cloth with a red ribbon.- To get to the first location, go up the stairs behind Crimson Rose and turn right. The Scarecrow will be on the roof.
- To get to the second location, go to the machines building and jump onto the roof behind the satellite dish.
- For the third location you don’t have to jump over the roofs. Just head towards Rerolls and you will see the next Scarecrow next to the glowing sign.
- Now, head towards Cosmic and Coins panels. Just to the left behind the tree you’ll se the fourth Scarecrow.
- And the last one is on the roof again. From the fourth location just fly towards the purple rooftop and you’ll see the fifth Scarecrow on a small wall.
